More than a haircut.
Brass & Blade started with a single chair in a rented storefront on Sunset Boulevard. Tony Morales learned the trade from his father, who learned it from his. Three generations later, the standards haven't changed: a straight razor, a steady hand, and the patience to get it right.
Every cut starts with a conversation. We listen before we pick up the shears. We use hot lather and straight razors for necklines — the way it's supposed to be done. Our tools are German steel, our towels are hot, and our chairs are the same leather and brass originals from 1987.
This isn't a place that rushes you out the door. Sit down. Read the paper. Have a conversation. You'll leave looking sharp and feeling like you just took a break from the world.
"We don't rush. We don't cut corners.
We cut hair."
